I completely understand your concerns regarding the late departure and how it impacted the flow of the day. Our itineraries are carefully planned with precision and built-in flexibility; however, when there are delays at the start—especially at the school level—it can affect the entire schedule. While my staff operates on a seamless system once the tour is underway, we do rely on timely coordination with school personnel. I will be following up with the Detroit Prep team and district leaders to ensure we are all aligned on departure expectations moving forward. Regarding the final day of the trip, we intentionally do not schedule additional touring due to Department of Transportation regulations. Our drivers have strict limits on driving hours for safety reasons, and we prioritize the well-being of all travelers during the return trip. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and I will take it into serious consideration as we prepare for future tours, including for the graduating Class of 2026. I am sorry that Detroit Prep arrive late on the first day. I will definitely work with the school next year to make sure the teachers will have you all depart on time. I am glad you had fun with your classmates.
